Service was excellent. Food was really good. My dessert actually made me close my eyes for a full minute!! Our table was a bit wobbly and I wish there was more space to enjoy the view by the window.

Visited here with my cousin on a Friday night. Great atmosphere, decent priced drinks for this part of the country and lovely staff. Cover band music was great too and i loved the smoking area. Stopped in on the sunday night for a more sophisticated pint and the atmosphere was lovely. No wonder it&#39;s my cousins fav spot in Chelmsford and i will be back next time i&#39;m down from Glasgow!

Friendly service given by happy smiling efficient attentive waitress. Food was plentiful and hot, collected at carvery and puddings delivered speedily later on. Overall very pleasant experience for our Christmas treat. Recommended.

The wide range of veg was outstanding to get the best choice a larger plate would be required the bar variety was very good as was the service

Was not gappy that i booked 2.30 and had confirmation from fork but the Toby had no availability at that time! Very midleading

Everything was good except the knives were blunt!
